Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Accurately update inventory systems in real-time to reflect stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
