Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Manage inventory systems and perform accurate cycle counts
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
