Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Packing: Assemble, wrap, and pack orders according to customer specifications and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep workstations organized and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
