Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from inventory shelves based on pick tickets and order requirements.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Inspect items for defects and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Accurately input data into inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
