Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
