Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Clean and organize workstations and aisles to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific roles).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
