Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products from shelves and pack them securely for shipment using automated conveyor systems and RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior warehouse experience.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
