Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Process returns and damaged goods according to guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/operations experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid CA driver's license (if operating powered equipment)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Spanish fluency a plus
