Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F environments)
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and digital tracking
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unify temperature-sensitive cargo using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance
- Perform preventive equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (seasonal thermal gear provided)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
