Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Accurately stock inventory and organize warehouse aisles.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or timesheets.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse driving tasks.
