Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a reliable work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
