Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
