Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in the warehouse management system
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we provide paid training
- Must pass pre-employment physical (no background check)
