Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory levels and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counting tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Portland facility
- Pass pre-employment background check (no felony convictions)
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
