Responsibilities
- Safely sort, scan, and package customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Participate in virtual training sessions for process updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote onboarding systems
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
