Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation daily
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork communication in fast-paced environments
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
