Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and are free from defects.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and reporting hazards immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork and digital logs related to shipments and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret inventory labels and shipping documents.
- License: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a major plus.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to team collaboration.
