Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
