Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing slips and BOLs.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
