Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, scan, and record stock levels to maintain precise inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic inspection of warehouse machinery and tools.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize daily workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a strong plus.
- Licensure: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
