Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Utilize remote-friendly digital tools for shift scheduling and performance tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote-friendly scheduling available)
