Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to safety standards and ergonomic practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to the Northeast Portland facility
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
