Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, verify, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated zones with precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders according to strict quality standards
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
