Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using barcode scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a safe and organized work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
