Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our 451 Industrial Park Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
