Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation tasks
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas, including dock operations and storage zones
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid driver's license required
