Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory against documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and timeliness
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
