Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and organize inventory using WMS systems
- Safely load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Participate in weekly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Pass background/drug screening
