Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory in a high-volume distribution center
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with precise documentation
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
