Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report defects immediately
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counting and data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
