Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trucks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the facility
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to the Congress Street location
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
