Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to earn forklift certification upon hire
