Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock locations
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification training provided)
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
