Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and 5S workplace organization principles
- Support quality control initiatives through inspection and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends) based on volume
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
