Job Summary
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our distribution team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and shipping areas clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Manhattan) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
