Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management software systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
