Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
