Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and verify inventory against shipping/receiving documents
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
