Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Optimize workflow efficiency in a high-volume environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 10+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers/freezers)
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
