Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality and damage upon receipt
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 4555 E Pacific Coast Hwy
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
