Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Support inventory control initiatives and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our NYC facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when required
