Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate stock counts, and manage inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including packing slips and delivery receipts, accurately and on time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
- License: Valid Driver's License required; Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
