As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on a safe, clean, and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items using handheld scanners and RF guns based on customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts as directed.
- Shipment Preparation: Properly label, wrap, and load goods onto delivery trucks for distribution.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order picking and packing.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
