Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Pack, label, and ship orders efficiently using handheld scanners and shipping software.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
