Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and materials to and from storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom environments.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production and safety goals.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
