Your Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment using proper packaging techniques.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read a scanner or computer screen.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
