Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Cross-train on various logistics functions to support team goals and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for remote roles.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for on-site role).
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
