Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipment processes
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain organized and compliant warehouse documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Perform quality checks and ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
