Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process returns and damaged goods with precision documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
