Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship products according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Receive incoming inventory and conduct quality checks for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver facility.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
